투자 절차 한눈에
외국인투자와 D-8 비자는 맞물려 진행되는 별개의 두 트랙입니다.
외국인투자 해당성 확인
Confirm Qualifications
통상 1억 원 이상 + 의결권 주식 10% 이상 보유 요건을 충족해야 합니다.
Must meet the criteria of investing KRW 100M+ and holding 10%+ voting shares.
외국인투자 신고
File Investment Notification
원칙적으로 해외 투자 자금을 송금하기 전에 KOTRA 또는 외국환은행에 사전 신고해야 합니다.
In principle, notify KOTRA or a foreign exchange bank before remitting investment funds.
투자자금 반입 및 납입
Remit & Deposit Capital
반드시 지정된 외국환은행을 거쳐 본인 명의로 송금해야 하며, 추적 가능한 자금 출처 증빙이 필수적입니다.
Funds must be remitted under the investor's own name via a foreign exchange bank with clear traceability.
법인 설립 또는 기존주식 취득
Incorporate or Acquire Shares
신설 법인은 절차 완료 후 2주 이내에 설립 등기를 마쳐야 합니다.
For new companies, file corporate registration within 2 weeks of completing setup.
외국인투자기업 등록
Register the Foreign-Invested Company
자금 납입 및 법인 설립 등 투자가 모두 완료된 날부터 60일 이내에 등록해야 합니다.
Register within 60 days of completing the entire investment transaction.
D-8 체류자격 신청 (선택)
Apply for D-8 Visa
외국인투자기업 등록 완료 후 비자를 별도 신청합니다. 등록만으로 비자 발급이 보장되지 않으며 엄격한 별도 심사가 진행됩니다.
Company registration alone does not guarantee a visa. Government authorities will conduct a strict, separate assessment.
